Change doesn’t fail because people are unwilling.
It often fails because our brain prefers what is familiar, predictable, and comfortable.
Under pressure, we default to habits — even when we understand that change is needed.
Sustainable behavioural change therefore requires more than good intentions or rational arguments. It requires insight into how people think, decide, and act in context.
What participants learn
Building on insights from behavioural science and psychology, participants learn how to work with — rather than against — human behaviour.
Specifically, they learn how to:
Design environments that support change
How to adjust context and choice architecture so desired behaviour becomes the easier, more automatic option (nudging)
Influence behaviour ethically and effectively
How to apply evidence-based principles of influence and persuasion
Break through status quo thinking
How to counter our brain’s bias for familiarity and unlock better ideas and decisions (innovating & creative thinking)
Make change resonate emotionally
How to connect with motivation, emotion, and meaning — not just rational arguments (psychology of change)
Not sure which training fits your goals?
Change challenges differ — and so should the approach.
We’re happy to think along and recommend a training or learning pathway that fits your organisational context.
