Human Insight was founded by Els Compernolle, a behavioural scientist with deep experience in both academic research and practical organisational impact.


Els studied behavioural economics at the University of Cambridge and has worked across Europe in senior policy, advisory, and educational roles. Today, she combines scientific rigour with real-world relevance in training, consultancy, and applied research.


Our work integrates insights from behavioural economics, cognitive psychology and neuroscience to design training and interventions that improve decisions, strengthen judgement, and embed lasting change in organisations.
